TRENTON - The New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection has launched a free Stormwater Infrastructure Toolkit, available to the public and accessible on the Department’s website.  The Toolkit includes VOLUNTARY best practices and resources for managing stormwater infrastructure.  The content is designed for, but not limited to stormwater coordinators, flood plain managers, engineers and planners.  This Toolkit is a valuable resource for New Jersey communities and can be easily accessed by the public FOR FREE here.

The main reason for these additional fees are penalties imposed by the recycling facility for contaminated recyclable loads. Several energy assistance programs are available for Atlantic City Electric (ACE) customers who may be facing challenges paying their energy bill due to the impact of COVID-19. Eligible customers can receive financial assistance through Helping Hands, a program, funded by Atlantic City Electric, that provides $1 million annually to help struggling customers meet their energy needs. These funds are dispersed each year to eligible residents through the Affordable Housing Alliance, New Jersey SHARES, Catholic Charities of the Diocese of Camden, and the People for People Foundation.
