NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A CONTRACT UNDER THE SOURCEWELL COOP

Notice of Intent to award contract under Sourcewell cooperative purchasing program.  The Borough of Clementon, Camden County, New Jersey intends to participate in the Sourcewell co-op under Contract Number # 060920-NVS for the purchase of 1 new 2025 International Dump Truck  Information regarding the contract may be found at www.Clementon-nj.com. It is the intent of the Borough of Clementon Administrator to make a contract to award Ascendance truck center pursuant to the Sourcewell co-op under Contract Number # 060920-NVS  on August 20, 2024. Contract period begins on or about August 20, 2024 and ends when all goods are satisfactorily received. The Borough of Clementon is permitted to join national cooperative purchasing agreements under the authority of N.J.S.A. 52:34-6.2(b)(3). Comment period ends September 3, 2024 at 4:00 P.M.
