Vote-by-Mail Ballots may also be hand delivered to the Board of Elections’ office with proper ID at 100 University Court, Blackwood, Monday through Friday 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

Candidate must be well versed in all aspects of local assessing practices and take the lead in defense of appeals. A valid Certified Tax Assessor (CTA) license and minimum of three years’ experience is required. Experience using Microsystems is preferred.

NJ Construction Official License issued by Department of Community Affairs strongly preferred. Must possess a valid driver license in New Jersey. Must have knowledge of municipal rules, regulations, policies, procedures and ordinances. Responsibilities include but are not limited to, reviewing all zoning permit applications, conducting field inspections and special investigations to ensure compliance with various municipal ordinances. Must self- initiate and enforce rules and regulations in relation to various municipal ordinances and maintain records, files and reports.
