There are fees associated with paying your bill online. If you pay by ACH or e-check, there is a $1.95 convenience fee. The fee for all debit and credit card payments will be 2.95% of your total bill.
No fees are collected by the Borough of Clementon.

The Borough is aware of resident concerns regarding localized water discoloration within a specific area serviced. We are actively investigating the cause and working with our Water Department to address this matter. Our priority is to ensure delivery of safe and reliable water to all residents serviced by our system. The Borough will continue to provide updates to residents as any new information becomes available.

MEETING OF MAYOR AND COUNCIL 8/19/25
The Next Regularly Scheduled Meeting of Mayor and Council will be held on Tuesday, August 19, 2025 at 6:00PM.
The meeting will be held at Borough Hall, in the Court Room, located at 101 Gibbsboro Road, Clementon, New Jersey.
All members of the public are invited to attend.
Agenda is subject to revisions up to the time of the meeting.
COMMISSIONERS NEEDED FOR CLEMENTON HOUSING AUTHORITY
The Borough of Clementon is seeking candidates, consisting of residents or community members, who have an interest in filling current or future vacancies in the position of Commissioner on the Housing Authority of the Borough of Clementon. The Board is comprised of seven Commissioners, who together, establish policies of the Authority. Serving as a Commissioner is a great way to serve residents in our community and learn about the operations of the Authority. A Commissioner generally serves a five-year term. Commissioners are required, within eighteen (18) months, to successfully complete five mandatory courses through Rutgers University. These courses are mostly virtual and paid for by the Authority.
Currently the Housing Authority has 70 Public Housing Units, located in Wooster Towers and is examining programs for the future.
