NOTICE OF SPECIAL MEETING

Pursuant to the provisions of the Open Public Meetings Act, Notice is hereby given that a Special Meeting of the Mayor and Council of the Borough of Clementon will be held on the following date:

Tuesday, March 18, 2025 AT 4:30PM.

The meeting will be held at 101 Gibbsboro Road, Clementon, New Jersey.

Matters to be considered are as follows:

DISCUSSION REGARDING 2025 MUNICIPAL BUDGET

Formal Action will not be taken.

Notice of said meeting has been posted at Borough Hall, posted on the municipal website and transmitted to the Central Record and Courier post newspapers on March 12, 2025.

The Water department will be reading meters March 3rd – March 21st.  If you have an inside water meter, we may need to gain access and replace with a remote.

Please call 856-784-0284 extension 114 to schedule a time for replacement.

We will also be flushing fire hydrants April 28th – May 30th between the hours of 9am and 3pm.  During this time, residents may experience low pressure and/or discolored water.  We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.  It is state-mandated and improves the quality of our drinking water.

We will be holding Clean Communities on April 5 and 6 this year at the East Clementon Ball Field on Berlin Road from 9AM – 3PM.
There will be multiple dumpsters for your convenience.

These dumpsters are only for residents and proof of residency will be required.

We will not accept any paint.  See Camden’s Household Hazardous Waste Collection for their collection dates for paint and other household items.

Now that Spring is here, residents will begin working in their yards and may need to dispose of yard debris and other vegetative materials.
Leaf collection will begin in April.
