The Borough of Clementon is seeking a Full-Time Laborer in the Public Works Department. Must possess a valid driver’s license and obtain a Class B CDL license within one year of hire. Must have the willingness to work overtime, specifically in emergencies such as storm preparation/clean up, water leaks etc.

Ideal applicant shall have experience in street, grounds and utility maintenance, building repairs, or related fields. Applicants must be able to lift 50 pounds and work in the extreme elements.

PART TIME SEASONAL LABORERS WANTED

The Borough of Clementon is seeking Seasonal Part-Time laborers for the Public Works Department.

Position will be required to work an average of 24 hours per week.

The candidate will be required to perform manual labor, including the lifting of at least 50 pounds.  Applicant should be a team player able to interact well with the general public.

18 years of age of age or older preferred. Must have a  valid State of New Jersey driver’s license. No experience necessary.

CONFIDENTAIL ASSISTANT TO THE MAYOR AND ADMINISTRATOR 

Clementon Borough is seeking a qualified and self-motivated individual for the permanent full-time position of Confidential Assistant to join the busy and diversified Office of the Municipal Clerk/Administrator and Mayor. The position will include heavy public contact and perform all clerical related duties including but not limited to answering the telephone, directing correspondence to the appropriate department, proofreading, record keeping, filing, data entry, writing correspondence, research, and data compilation. The candidate will be highly confidential, organized, hardworking, detail oriented, proficient in MS Office Suite, and must possess superior customer service and communication skills. Prior municipal government experience is highly preferred. Applicant must have 10+ years of office experience supporting a high level executive/managerial position.

Salary is DOQ, health benefits included. Must obtain Certified Municipal Registrar (CMR) Certification within 60 days of hiring. FINANCE ASSISTANT/PAYROLL CLERK

Clementon Borough is seeking a part-time permanent Finance Assistant/Payroll Clerk for 28 hours per week. Ideal candidate will have prior experience in Municipal Finance Office, and be proficient in Edmunds and Microsoft Office. Prior payroll experience preferred.

Position will require excellent organizational and time management skills, with heavy interaction with various municipal departments, vendors, and contractors.
